Certainly, there're days we crave time alone in the Lord's presence.
Ask any stress survivor and be assured that moving from stress to de-stress is most effective when embracing the fullness of God.
Let's de-stress in the Lord--with Psalm 24:1-5.
The earth is the LORD'S, and all its fullness,
The world and those who dwell therein.
For He has founded it upon the seas,
And established it upon the waters.
Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD?
Or who may stand in His holy place?
He who has clean hands and a pure heart,
Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol,
Nor sworn deceitfully.
He shall receive blessing from the LORD,
And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
Peace I leave with you . . .

I love the book of Psalms Saundra Kay. What a great scripture and a great pic too. Keep on de-stressing my friend!
Thanks Elizabeth Stanfill for sharing love--for the book of Psalms and the battle of de-stress.
Indeed, we'll keep de-stressing together.
