LET'S DE-STRESS AND BELIEVE

Then Mary said, "Behold the maidservant of the Lord!
Let it be to me according to your word."
Luke 1:38

'Tis the season to believe. Traditionally, we've heard that Christmas is a time of miracles. To that, stress survivors eagerly advise "IF WE BELIEVE."

One of the greatest miracles of all times began when God sent the angel Gabriel to a city known as Galilee to visit a virgin. "The virgin's name was Mary."

28) And having come in, the angel said to her, "Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!"
29) But when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and considered what manner of greeting this was.
30) Then the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God . . ." (Luke 1:26-30)

Sure, Mary was troubled and confused . . . but did she believe this "angel" and this message? In our present times of modern technologies and intelligence--troubles and stress of all kinds, do we believe in angels with messages from God? In Miracles?

lack of belief in any endeavor can create apprehension and fear, and ultimately, stress. Note carefully how Mary chose to believe during a time of uncertainty.

Then Mary said, "Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word."

Stress survivors often attest, "When God gives a message, we believe." Our de-stress journey has affirmed that "all things are possible to those who believe."

Let's de-stress and believe that those things according to God's Word are for our greatest good--Our "miracles."

Peace I leave with you . . .
